i ab-so-fucken-lutely hate goin goin to the gym at the time i did last night. i had to wait about 5 min or so for 1 of 3 pieces of equipment to be freed up. i hate that shit. esp since they were all lollygaggin'. BITCHES i swear. oh well felt good over all about my lifts. i should be able to hit 295'ish next sqt session.
ideally i would like to break 315 (again) w/in the next 2 weeks. which i think is do able. but at the same time i dont wanna push it too much.tman55 said:That's a good workout. Your squats are strong. I wouldn't worry about the Ab/Ad difference.

just got over a bad stomach something or other. hit me hard tuesday night/wednesday morning (like 2 am)..so wed and thursday diet was shit. wed i only ate maybe 1200cals if i am lucky ( T i didnt even eat my wifes pasta that night ) and thursday wasnt much better diet wise ate a lil more but nothing substantial.
fri i was back on schedule w/diet. blasted down over 200g of fat and missed my protein intake by 20g for the day. i was finally well enough to go back in the gym too. although i forgot my log book. OOPS. needless to say even though i probably wasnt 100% i was happy with my work effort. will pull deads/rack pull later today. hopefully i will be 100% and completely back on track by monday.
Winter to answer your Q. Yes 5 mg ED, for 4 wks. have post cycle therapy (pct) OH and am mega dosing B-6 and Niacin. i do not plan on seeing HUGE improvements on this cycle. more like solid physique changes.
