really do not like the base bench...i thinks its set up is not meant for my body structure. i have to over extend my reach just to unrack the wt and then try and manuver the wt out of the way of the bench rack itself. efff i am more than sure i could have gotten a few more lbs or reps if i didnt start off in such a comprimised position.

and SHHH dont tell anyone but i am pretty sure this M1T has me upto or over 215lbs AGAIN..mostly water wt i assume. but i havent wt'ed myslef since i have started. i can just tell by the mirror i am much more full looking than i have been.

and yes the idea was too cut down too between 195+ to 200lbs..
 
Well, good job then. I ran M1T once and I put on about 12lbs in 3 weeks and got strong as hell. Made me tired though. I'll mail you some dbol if you would rather have that:)

no i have too lift alone when i am at work..there is only 2 of us at work at one time and some one has too be in the "shop" at all times. with a work out partener i am more than sure i could hit 10+ lbs on all my lifts. some thing about some one else there to push ya..

I understand that. Good for you to stay so motivated while going solo.
 
its tuff sometimes..esp when i know i can hit the wt but i know its goin to be heavy too..i had to dump the bar twice last night when i was lifting...on the last set of 225 i had to dump it on the 3rd rep ( i didnt get) and on the 155..i got stuck at the bottom on the 15th rep..lol it sucked both times.

you would definately progress more with a spot to help you with those last couple tough reps.
 
dbol is hell on my back....and i don't think i took enough either.

Good job bro...spotters def help as you the fear of "losing it on your chest" is gone.
 
yea i actually started laughing when i had the 155 on my chest..i was like there is no way i am stuck under 155...NO WAY..but i was...i just could not muster anything to get the wt up..i puased too long there at the bottom..the bar was just resting on my chest. i guess thats what i get for trying to rep out 30 seconds after hittin the 225 for 2
 
thanks Winter..more than likely next week as i will hit that i push for 240+ next week for 3..my best bench to date was 285 in 05' summer. i was reppein 225 at that time for about 8...we shall see what happens this time around.
 
damn, you musta had more in ya than 225x2 if you are going for 240x3 next week. Good luck bud!

no i will shoot for 240X3 in 2 weeks..next is i do 2 full body work outs in the hypertropghy rep ranges..and i dont BB press that week..only DB's...

skipped out on BI work, i am satisfied yet not with todays Deads..i actually expected to hit at a min 315 on my pulls today..however i think misses my last DL day hurt my chances of pullin that today. oh well next pull day i will hit it. other wise the rest of my work out was nice..surprised myself on the low Pull. however after deads i was walking funny due to low back pump again..lol i was waddlin like a prego women. funny.

alright bros and Brat have a great week end i a out for now.
