Acz i lied here i do do BB bench press on my hypertrophy days, its just in the 10 rep range area.. sorry :(

full body routine hit 225 x10 on sqt and benched 185 x10-2 sets on bench..
T-bar rowed 3plates for 10.. total time for work out 1hr 15min
followed up work out with 15 min low intesity cycling...

that is all.
 
thanks JT and i started pullin sumo maybe mid jan or begginin of feb.
its a lil less stressful on lowback but i am still not pullin what i pulled convo yet. so we will see. i topped out convo at 365.

Good workout Adida. How come the fullbody workout again? I thought you were doing your old routine again?
