Today I went lighter on deads. I was still sore from saturdays squats and felt tired.

Reverse hypers:
bw+55 x 16 (just this only set)

BB row:
158 x 10
169 x 8 PR for reps
169 x 7

Pullups (wide grip):
bw x 8
bw x 6 (felt tired and weak!)

BB shoulder press:
100 x 6
100 x 7 PR for reps
110 x 4
110 x 4

DB hammer curl:
25 x 16 (just this only set)

Today I was very little motivated and felt tired. Anyway I managed to push myselft for some some extra reps.


When you dont feel good, thats when you have to lift.

Today I had a good workout. This week had to skip 1 day (chest) because I was too busy. I hope next week will be normal.

I decided today to do the workout I skipped on wednesday. I had a normal day. No prs. I'm used to have very slow progress on chest. Sucks.

Oh, and I wsa kidding about the test, deca, dbol for luquillo. He's building a great natural base and a good Test only cycle will do great in the future. :wiggle:

Yes, I always wanted to reach at least 185 lbs natural before touching juice. I still have hope of putting on 10 more lbs!

Wow I got exhausted after the 378 x 2! My grip was dead.

Well, today I had an excellent day. PR fest! My back movements continue to progress nicely. Maybe chest will cach up one day!

Today I had a nice squats day. The 270 x 2 felt heavy! But it feels good to make a PR. I need to reach 300 soon! My legs are now "shaky"". I'm going to take my PWO and rest.
