So 170+12 = 182 kgs
182 kgs x 2,2 = 400,4 lbs

Yes, here in Argentina all the weights are in kgs. I translate the kgs to lbs when I write down on this journal.

Today I went lighter on deads. I was still sore from saturdays squats and felt tired.

Reverse hypers:
bw+55 x 16 (just this only set)

BB row:
158 x 10
169 x 8 PR for reps
169 x 7

Pullups (wide grip):
bw x 8
bw x 6 (felt tired and weak!)

BB shoulder press:
100 x 6
100 x 7 PR for reps
110 x 4
110 x 4

DB hammer curl:
25 x 16 (just this only set)

Today I was very little motivated and felt tired. Anyway I managed to push myselft for some some extra reps.
