Great progress Luq. I think the spots you are lagging behind on are shoulders, biceps and chest. You have definitely gotten both your legs and back more size and they look great.

Yes, I agree my chest is lacking a lot. Even worse now that I can't train it due to my shoulder tendinitis.

I'm being careful with pulldowns and pullups because of my shoulder. Felt some discomfort but nothing big.

Today I had a good workout. My shoulder felt ok. It was a smart decision to stop training chest for some time. Back and leg workouts doesn't hurt it at all.

Winter I'm not using any thermogenic. I'm just eating less kcal, about 2400, and I make a carb cutt off (no carbs after 6 pm). I take green tea at morning. I'm very sensitive to caffeine.Today I'm at 178 lbs.

As I'm not training chest due to my shoulder, I went to the gym to do some pullups and bis work.

I feel a workout without any of 3 big lifts is not a workout. I'm not even tired, but my bis and lats got a great pump.

Shoulder felt ok. Little discomfort on pullups but went away after 3rd set. :yesway:

Squats felt very heavy today. I think that I may be getting weaker due to my cutting diet. I'm already 7 lbs down and I feel it.

I love the feeling...it's like targeting the quads - it's that lower back pain that'll shut my workout's down pretty quick
