that I don't know bro. sometimes when i go heavy on squats, my right calf starts acting up. it will tingle and gives out ticklish sensation then pain then it just weakens.
 
Good job Luq. Did you have a spotter for squats? You don't want to be stuck in the middle of a squat and then start to fall foward or back :insane:

I had a good workout today. I'm still skiping chest workouts due to my shoulder. It's getting better but I'll let it completely heal before using it.

BW= 174 lbs

Yes, that's because I don't want to write 451 on my sig because it sounds weird. But it's a convertion from kilos. 205 kg = 451 lbs

Thanks T, right now I'm cutting some bf so my goal is at least to keep my #s. I'm already 11 lbs down and I still have pretty much fat on my waist. My legs are thinner. I think I had more bf than I thought.
 
yeh, i keep telling myself that belly fat isn't that bad..that it'll be easy to lose but i got this feeling it's gonna tough after i'm done bulking

Yes, I've been bulking for almost 2 years from 132 lbs to 185 lbs. I thought that maybe loosing 5 lbs I would be pretty lean, but now I see that 11 lbs down is not enough. I don't know, maybe I need to loose 5-6 more pounds. I HATE loosing weight, but after 2 years I need to lean back.
