Thanks evanss. I've found heavy hypers to be a great excersice. Excellent complement for deads and squats.

I think you should add 2sets of incline and keep flat as well as maybe only doing 2sets of dips. This might be a bit more volume than what you're used to, but it might turn out for the better.luquillo78 said:I'm doing dips instead of decline. Winter said:Great job Luq! If the incline barbell is hurting your shoulder, you might want to switch it to Incline DB Press, that eases the pain off your shoulders a bit.
