6'3 257ish, 315 on incline for 7 on monday. No clue what that equates to on flat as I don't do it anymore. 4 weeks into long cycle.

My PB was 315 at a bodyweight of 132lbs. I was competing powerlifting at the time in the USAPL. I thought it was pretty good until I saw this dude pause 355 at the same weight. It was a very impressive lift. He went down paused and went right back up.

My PB was last fall, I did 345 for 2 reps on a flat bench and did 265 for 3 reps on an incline. I am 6'3 and weight 245lbs. I havent tried to max since then. Right now I doing the 5x5 routine and I started at 225, I hope to get to 315 for 5x5.

315 @ 132 is impressive. the usapl nat record is 358 and the usapl american record is 375. here is the all time best bench by a 132er.

132 60kg Bench Press 453.0 205.5kg Hiroyaki Isagawa Japan 12/8/2001 59.88kg

I know you've weighed much more, but damn pound for pound you have me beat in strength no doubt. I needs me some fina. The inclines at my gym are steep as hell, and on the flats at the moment I can get 315x8 only, hope to hit 9 next week for a "solid" 400 press. 6'2" 251

one of the guys i train with hit 405 x 15 the other day... i spotted him, it was rather impressive.

my max bench is twelve.

5'11'' 22yrs dont bench much because my chest over takes the rest of my body but at age 16 i did 300 @ 148 and 315 @ 151, no pause but my ass stayed down and i didnt bounce(i was to scared to bounce). When i was 18 and attempting to compete in powerlifting for my college and benched 365 with a shirt for the best pause of my life at a body weight of 165. I now weigh over 200 and if i had to gues could only bench 380. But when i am shooting for strength i can always more than double my body weight.
