30 mins abs workout with 5 mins rest so it's 25 mins..both high reps(without weights and low rep with weights)

SEATED CALF - felt almost very weak around this point..didn't do standing

I could have gone with higher numbers but fatigue kicked in and calves went cramping so had to stop.

btw..do you think it was alright adding that leg pression session after squat and box??

I do love legs day too...maybe because people don't care much about legs in our gym
 
if you are getting stronger each week and not overtrained then i dont see the problem.

Me personally i cant do that much volume.

But if i am adding iron to the bar then i know that I am making gains.

sunday is back/bi/abs day..gonna hit it oh so hard but kinda worried bout my back. I dunno..I may have overtrained it to the point that it's still sore..my legs are nonetheless sore till sunday.

so today is back day and it didn't go well as much as what I had in mind. day started with older sister having her b-day celebration, so ended up feeding myself with tons of foods and stuff. The party ended around noon(4:30) and our gym closes at 6:00-6:30 tops. on my way to the gym, I met with my friends who are playing some hoops...so what the hell..it's a nice warm up. did play a lil before running to the gym due to heavy rain. upon reaching there..I did some stretching and went on lifting.

Also, there's this other gym, which is like a 5min walks, that I want to go see and inquire at. never been to that gym yet..so will be looking around and they have better scheds too..5:30am-11:00pm 24/7
