since i'm new to this exercise..I went light

150X6 and I really help with my form!!! advise pls
30 mins abs workout with 5 mins rest so it's 25 mins..both high reps(without weights and low rep with weights)
SEATED CALF - felt almost very weak around this point..didn't do standing

I could have gone with higher numbers but fatigue kicked in and calves went cramping so had to stop.
