also, skateboarding has been going well. can push off with it without problems anymore ^_^
 
thanks. i really don't feel like posting them weights due to the effect it has on me. i will when i reached certain level of lifting

and yes, doing cardio workout after lifting does work. i felt so good.

I may go down to 155
 
back from the dead....sickness and work related issues.

down to 155 now.

don't go wow..i have thyroid problem and was sick...so it wasn't a healthy drop.
