B BOOMA New member May 30, 2008 #1,587 05/30/08 squat warmup pause squat leg press seated calf db sldl bas rutten 2 mins boxing tape note: 2 mins 1 min rest=10 rounds - 3 mins 1 min rest=7 rounds and yes, doing cardio workout after lifting does work. i felt so good. I may go down to 155
