hey bro we all have days like this. kudos to you for toughing it out. rest, sleep and eat and come back stronger next time.

so today was suppose to be chest day 03/17/06 but that didn't happen because something came up and I had to leave house early. will be hitting chest/shoulder/tri tom. wish me luck and no..I don't get angry when I lift. :P

wasn't able to hit my gym because was celebrating my parents anniv and not all went bad. I've been to that condo unit and I know there's a gym..the bad thing is that I went there wearing house wears..so no convo. I did back though..and their gym is as simple as it gets.

had a blast. my back and hams were fried as fuck. I had a hard time getting it off the ground because wanted to keep a very flat back but will get used to it. The middle part of the lift was uber easy..maybe because of the days of rack works..it is ^^

20 mins nonstop ab workout

Note: Honestly, after all these workout, I felt great. Never better if you will. Another thing is..I never could hit those bi/forearm routine on back days..not like those numbers though..would be too fucked to do such. Also, I really REALLY need a cable strap for the hip abductor workout. the squat is bothering me...so I think I might stuck myself in boxes for a while...till I can get my numbers steady.
 
sadly no, brother. I may have hit them hard but genetics is genetics. Though they have improved a lot since I started. Mine works with heavy loads and moderate sets/reps

could get a pic some times if you want

I have small calves naturally and a guy at my gym suggested i do

15 reps out
15 reps center
15 reps in

do 3 sets, he said this is what he does to get ready for competition. hell it gets my calves pumped and sore, i think its working, my wife told me that my calves look bigger a few days ago, give it a try. i have been doing this prob for about 2 months
