what the hell is up with those spam threads?!

anyways, life is better now. thyroid in-check and all.

sad thing: MMA gym moved away due to lack of customer.

mmmm i think i'm back to lifting weights 24/7.

weight is still 160, but with a lower bf%

may try to bulk again, but as much as possible with slower fat involvement unlike before.

goal now is 170 pounds with a higher muscle % than fat
 
maybe this was answered earlier but who is booma? im guess angry's alias?

I've started MMA as well, Angry. I've been consistently going to Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu classes and I've noticed a big difference in my appearance - I've shed a lot of unwanted fat.
 
what has happened:

anxiety issues
ingrown toenail surgery
life

started lifting again on April

pulling conventional now

solid 160 pounds

going the distance with 3 mins boxing round with 1 mins rest

strict diet in fear and worry of diabetes. no history...was borderline back then due to improper diet.

will start logging again.

tomorrow, legs!

towel grip sldl and it's nasty. the whole grip is just ridiculous. it made a 200 pound felt like 300. awesome.
seated calf raise
shin raises with plate hold

no squat. back feeling tired from sitting all day at work x.x

side lats

shadow boxing

felt great. weather is cooling up and that's a bonus.

if everything goes well, tom would be boxing/muay thai/grappling with friends. hope they don't get lazy and chicken out again
