@Winter: It's the 2nd time. I didn't get anything on 1st time (neither size or strengh) but I'll give it another chance.

@aczech: It's monohydrate

@angry: haha! not easy at all!

Lots of sets but light. Shoulder ok.

Abs

That's it. Shoulder felt ok on dips. Anyway I'm not doing any flat bench for some more time. I'll keep with excersises that don't hurt.

yeh, the monohydrate is gonna make you hold some water...but i always got a strength gain after the first week on the mono

Good job on the pull-ups too!

It's good to hear that your shoulder is holding up okay. I think I've mentioned this once before, but have you tried flat DB presses for your chest? Those might be a good thing to do before you go back to barbell, IMO.

As for the creatine, why don't you try CEE instead of Monohydrate?

Thanks winter. I can't do any flat press yet.
I can't get CEE here in Argentina I think. Is it better?

You will not get any water-retention when using it and it is said to have better effects than Monohydrate. I personally do not see a difference for me because I respond well with Monohydrate.

Have you tried ordering from trueprotein?

No I haven't. Anyway I'm not sure if they send it here and it's very expensive because of the money convertion. For example, here I buy 1 kg of whey protein at $35 (argentine pesos), and it's about us$12 (american dollars).

that's 2.2lbs for 12usd..that isn't bad

i just paid 11usd per pound for the stuff on the way...pure whey isolate ftw!

Here everything is cheaper compared to US. I pay about 6 usd per pound but the bad thing is it isn't whey isolate. Its whey concentrate.

concentrate is second best for post workout...sometimes you gotta work with what ya got.

Hey, at least you have cheap petrol
