Abs

I was too weak after deads. I did them reseting after each rep. I think it's harder than doing them "touch and go".

I always feel more taxed with a touch-n-go session...always breathing hard afterwards. My reseting technique must be slow allowing recover time.
 
Yes, I think touch-n-go is harder for breath, but I felt reseting was harder on back/hams/glutes. I don't know, maybe because it was 1st time I did it. I always did touch-n-go and maybe regrip on last rep.
 
Good workout Luq. I find that if I re-set myself on the deads, it is a bit harder b/c you don't get that momentum when you do the touch and go.
