Shoulder press machine:

BB curls:

I was feeling week due to the flu I had this weekend. Diet wasn't good either last days. I'm 2 lbs down, but I think I'll be 100% for thursday's workout (chest). Shoulder is better too.
 
strong despite the flu...keeping ripping it up bro. Meaning to ask, do you convert you numbers from kilos?

Shoulder is getting better and better. Today I almost had no discomfort at all. Did some very light flat bench too.
