@adida: Shoulder injury started about 3.5 months ago. At the beggining I didn't take care of it so it's about 3 months recovery now. It's pretty good now but still have some pain for ex when I spleep on that side. But I can do dips and shoulder press with no problem at all. No flat bench yet.

Today I wasn't feeling very well due to hot weather and lack of sleep. Squats felt too damn heavy.

haha! I could move souther here in Argentina and it's cold all year round, but me and my family have farms near buenos aires and I work at them. I really like rural life. I just hate summer!
 
Yeah I work on farms all year round (I'm agriculture engineer). We have corn, soybean and wheat. Winter is about 3 or 4 months, quiet cold. 30ºF at night 58ºF during day. But autum and spring has nice weather. There's no snow here in buenos aires in winter but yes there's snow souther (in patagonia).
 
i envy people with farms. you can practically do every strongman training there. well, it's really different here in the philippines. i'll take a vid of our place and the street outside and all that shit

Good workout today. Didn't pull deads but bent rows hit my back quiet hard. I'm very tired now. Weather is still too hot.
