Abs

Today I felt strong. My body weight is finally going up slowly and I can notice it at the gym. My goal is to reach 187 lbs by november. That extra weight will help my #s to move up too (I wish so!).

Bw is around 182 lbs today. I don't have any squat pr since a long time. I wish they move up now that I'm gaining some weight.

I'm very pleased with my shoulder. I'm starting to work more intense and it feels still ok.
 
nice work on the pull-ups...impressive to say the least. still holding around 182lbs?
 
Thanks ac. Yes I'm about 182 lbs now but gaining slowly. Gained 2 lbs during last month. If I Gain 5 lbs more by oct-nov I'll be very pleased. I don't want to gain weight too fast because I feel too heavy and also I have to be careful with my blood preasure.
 
Luq have you tried Box squats or partial squats?
you may wanna try and do box squats or partial one week and normal squats the next.
keep switching back and forth between the 2 every other week.

do you have bands or chains available?
i'm sure if you PM PB he may have few suggestions too.
 
it's ok luq...some of us just weren't built to squat as we are to dead

I tried box squats some time ago. I'll hit them again soon. thanks adida!

Hi bro. I am doing great. Just got back from a short trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was nice to relax and spend some alone time with the wife w/o kids.

You gave it a long rest. Now that you are healthy again, hopefully you will establish some new PR's on Chest.
 
Update:

Didn't post here in some time, but my news are:
I'm training max-ot. It's compounds (almost no isolations), 4-6 reps, low volume, 4 times/week, 1 week rest every 8 of working.
My current #s are about:
Squat: 330 x 5
Deadlift: 440 x 4
Bench: 220 x 5

Yes, my bench is still very weak, but I came out of a shoulder tendinits. It's completely healed now.
Bodyweight is about 189 lbs today.
Still natural.
