Too much work and can't eat as I should. Weight can't go up. 176 lbs today.

i'd rather see guys doing small numbers with good form and full range of motion rather than those who go ego-heavy and fuck up range of motion.

I didn't go for 500 because it was kilos. 225 kg=495 lbs.

My goal for now is to get stronger on my squats. I'm having a hard time on those. :(

I've done 20 rep squats a few months ago. Those were brutal workouts.
I've been working in the 5 rep range for some time. I think I'll start working on lower reps on squats.
