I wish I could just put more weight and lift it, but I just can't! those 429x4 are still VERY hard to pull to me.
Yes a***y. As you said.A***yMuscles said:you feel different when you're taking care of an injury while working out. it doesn't feel the same at all. like when i had a toe injury..leg workout was very different. sure i still squat/calf and all that but it was with a feeling of being scared
