it's been a while since i performed deadlifts. i honestly don't feel like it anymore. as u can see, i only work 2 times a week now.

Seems like you're still doing the same weights/reps for deads. Why don't you bump up the weight a bit?

I'll go for 5 reps on the same weight (429) in some time. I was doing 418 x 5 and started at 429 little time ago.
I wish I could just put more weight and lift it, but I just can't! those 429x4 are still VERY hard to pull to me.

yes a***y, 2 weeks ago I did less reps (495 x 1) and it was a pr.

Sorry, I didn't go back that far and look. Great progress so far Luq. I'm going to be going down on weight for awhile as well to hit more reps.

Today I had a good chest workout. Shoulder was ok, almost felt like 100% but I'm still very carful.
 
you feel different when you're taking care of an injury while working out. it doesn't feel the same at all. like when i had a toe injury..leg workout was very different. sure i still squat/calf and all that but it was with a feeling of being scared
