PR!! Yup this is a record for my d/ls. I never used to deadlift hard, I think my max before this was 235, about a year and a half ago. WOOOO

Lat pull downs (very wide and slow reps)

Seated dumbell shrugs
45x20 slow reps (helps with grip too)
Biceps
Did some light stretches since my right bicep feels torn. Don't know why. Woke up with a tear feeling and just been stretching all day. Hope it's nothing serious, could just be soreness, will let you guys know
Cardio
Elliptical
1.2 miles, 10 minutes
This workout was great. Happy with my deads. Went in feeling confident and left feeling even better. Will do deads 2 weeks from now.
Time - stretching for about 10 minutes, deads took 30 minutes, rest of the workout took about 20 minutes, and then cardio. Was done in a little over an hour.

Walking
Went around town, to the supermarket. It's a mile distance. Walking there took 20-30 minutes each way, so almost an hour in total. Bought some green tea and doggy treats.

155x5, 185x3, 195x3, 225x1!!!!! no assist, but shaky. Thanks to Winter for teh motivation, I was actually being a wuss and aiming for 215. No idea I could do 225.
Incline bench press
135x6 (incline is very weak)

50x4 (haven't done shldr presses since June or something)

This workout was great, took about an hour excluding walking. One thing that is wierd, my endurance keeps going down, but strength goes up. It is misinforming cuz in my begining sets I get discouraged and I'm like shit I'm getting weaker. But all of a sudden my maxes shoot up. WTF??
Example - 135x20 squats. 2 weeks later... 135x6 hard, and 235x2
Same with chest, last week I did 185 for 6, and 210 for one. Now I struggle with 185, but push 225.
Can't complain, I'm happy

*first time doing these, and they were hard! With the 95 I went down very slow and bursted up, because with my heavy squats I get stuck on the bottom

This was a good workout.
New split and journal.....
-Will not do this Mon Wed Fri Sunday thing, I'll just workout every other day, and if I'm sore then take a rest day. This is easier and works better.
-Will go light every other week, and heavy other week, to avoid any back tension
-LOG - no more parantheses bs, will use *stars* as foot notes.
