Doc said take it light cuz of scholiosis (sp) so I took it 'light' which was still hard as shit, and did some 20 reppers for a few weeks. It felt good actually.

But anyway I'm back 2 heavy weights now
 
Winter... it's increasing, but slowly. We shall see what happens day after :D

Last time I did 210. Will try 220 day after, 215 first

Just something that makes me happy. Could'nt have done it without you guys. I probably still would've been spending 3 hours a week doing forearm curls without the guidance and help of this forum

I hear you on the forearm curls thing... this forum also helped me a lot in the way I train.
 
this forum has changed me completely. heck, i'd be still doing dumbbell kickbacks for tricep if I didn't drop by this forum ^^ lol!!!!
 
Haah thanks Luq and Angry.

Kickbacks are the shit man, I usually do an hours worth of them every other day to get my tris good. I then end with 12+ supersets of skullcrushers and CGB (Lol this was my old mentallity :D)
 
Tomorow is chest day.

Will max out on hopefully 220. Who knows... maybe 225?

My goal is to rep 225 by October 4th (3 weeks from today). I think in 3 weeks I'll be able to hit some good weight
 
i usually overtrain back then

INCLINE DB PRESS 10 sets of 10 reps
FLAT DB PRESS 10 sets of 10 reps
PULLOVERS 20 sets of 10 reps
TRI KICK BACKS 10x16reps
TRI PUSHDOWNS 10x10reps

and that's my chest day before

also, I never squat/dead that much before and if I do, always improper form. never trained calves either nor abs

Just add alittle at a time and you will get there.

Thats it man? You should train with me, I'll show you a good 3 hours worth of chest excersizes. Sometimes I spend so much time at the gym that it closes and I must continue my workout outdoors doing weighted pushups

Mullie, yea thanks man. My endurance never increases for some reason, which is really misinforming to me, because my strength always goes up. Let me elaborate by posting todays workout...
