20 reps? Did your form get shitty at the end? I remember trying 16 rep sets on deads and my from would break down.

I love deads, never stopping. Without this forum I never would've done deads. I used to do them maybe once every 6 weeks, I was always scared that they would stunt my growth. PeheTMan said:Do heavy deads consistently for a year or so and see what happens.

Only my gym is filled with arrogant little kids that will mock my use of a camera, and I also have no place to set it up. Yea my grip is getting stronger from everything actually, not really a problem anymore. Seated shrugs really get the shit outta me. Standing shrugs don't get me because I can't pull optimum weight without straps. Shrugs are a nice excersice, but I like them as grip work.
