I was looking forward to heavy ass squats. But for some reaosn there is an unbearable amount of pain in my left foot. I woke up and I just couldn't walk straight. Feels like I fractured something... but how? I slept on a nice soft matress bed.

Anyway, had to walk slowly and on my heels today. Don't know when this will recover but will keep you guys updated
 
Foot is feeling better, wierd

Want to hit the gym now but I got a lot of school work since I've been out all day

Extreme fascia stretching

*Wasn't planning on doing chest this week so did some light speed sets.

Workout was great. Squats were perfect. Woo
 
It's the same thing but on an incline.

I figured my incline sucks so this will help develop some power

I'm at the stage where everything helps as long as I do it in limit.
2 workouts/week are really helping

Ohh man they're sore beyond beleif.
I went out last night but couldn't dance, I just sat in the corner cuz my legs were so f'in sore I couldn't stand up.
First time doing squats in 4 weeks. I skipped a few leg days for the hell of it
 
Very true man.
Legs are still sore, which is preventing me from doing back cuz I can't deadlift.

Will probably go tomorow or day after depending on how sore I am.
Today will get some homework done and relax. Maybe watch some porn

I love ass to grass squats. I feel like if I tried the same weight paralell, I would probably hurt myself and get stuck.
And I took a huge shit afterwards as always. Felt great

Takin a shit with sore glutes sucks though, but it is the reward of a great workout
