Angry, oh man it felt better than butt sex. It was such an amazing feeling. I came into the gym with a massive headache and I was sick, and when I dropped the 275 it shook my body so much I could feel my brain rattling and my headache got worse. But it still felt amazing

i know what you're talking about bro. been there myself and I still outlift you by 1 pound :p since mine was 276...ironic..lol!!!!!

man, can't wait to hit gym again..though i'll go light this week with extra cardios to butt in..then see what happens.

btw, can you kindly tell me what is the diff of yates row and those overhand grip rows??? besides of course, the way of grippings..

I think it works good as long as it's done in limit. I used to do them every week and they stopped being effective. Monday was my first time doing bb rows in months. Also, my back is still sore from Monday.

Is this wierd... I benched yesterday, and my glutes and calves are sore beyond beleif. WTF?
 
i dunno about that bro, but one time my calves were so sore they cramped all day long..even resting it didn't helped. i was having calve cramps all day and damn was it painful. practically limping on my way home. dunno what caused that though.

and glutes being sore?? LOL!!!!! you didn't bend over did you? :p

Benching is a compound lift, if you had your feet back on the bench and pushed upwards, making an arch in your back, you are working your legs as well. I sometimes get glute cramps in the middle of my heavy lifts when I start to push with my legs. Same with calves.
 
Yes. Maybe I was clenching my ass together. Also I noticed my legs start to lift and my calves contract. This is probably why my whole body is sore.

Anyway dude I got 235, yay!
Hopefully before new years I'll hit a PR and break 255
 
BDay is long away.

And nah I won't be trying 225x3 for a long time. Maybe in like 3 weeks.

I pushed 235 but bench is still really week. Not something I really care about anymore.

I used to be one of those kids who showed off my bench and overtrained arms to everyone for attention. Now I'd rather shake up the whole gym with heavy deads, and leave the place feeling like I just owned everyone
 
My diet and training have been lacking.

I want to do more cardio n abs but I've been too social. School work is also a lot.

I must focus, start dieting properly again, and follow my damn routine.
I will probably do some back tomorow. No d/ls

I am also hungry, I havn't eaten any real food all weekend

Todays cardio:
Walking from the back table of Taco Bell to the counter about 8 times to order some more Crunchwraps.

Todays meals:
Taco Bell, Taco Bell, and more Taco Bell
And countless refills of soda

Tomorow I will be doing heavy legs, and will eat like a pig

Next Monday I will diet down and take things seriously. I have the support of my awsome friends and they will help me focus on school work and a healthier physique, so this will be good

Weekend will pig out some more.

Also, I will set each workout as a new post instead of putting everything in one week.
