Good day even with a broken hand.You should see this thing it is hugebut i managed to work all day and get my gym session in so i guess it aint so bad!I missed a leg workout due to some low back pain I ruputered 2 disks about 18 months ago and it was fine till the last leg day it feels better this week so i will hit it again prollay tomarrow or sat.

thats all i could get my hand is killing me and was when i did bi's.it hurts way more to pull than to push!i took friday the 10th and i'm gonna go through monday and hope it is good to go enough to get push movements done.man why did i punch a guy in the face should of been home sleeping!!

no gym for a minute.my hand is broke in 2 spots and i need to put it on the shelf for a minute!it sucks and i am probably going to swrivel to nothing in the next 10-15 days why goddamn!
 
i was just abuot to say you should rest if your hand is broken . i had the same problem .. got in a fight, but instead of a broken hand.. i fractured my knuckle.. took 7 months to heal :(. anyways, give your hand some rest. what are you going to do about your cycle.. are you going to stop until u can hit the weights again?
 
i just took my last inject yesterday to far in to stop.I will do post cycle therapy (pct) and eat hard and train sparingly alot of legs and stuff that dosent hurt my grip to much.I will probably start to cut some weight soon and hit a cycle in oct. hopefully nothing will go wrong next time around.I put 25 pounds on and hope to keep a hard 8 pounds my strength is through the roof i hope this dosent kill my gains but i'm not optimistic!
 
had a hard cast on and hated it so i cut it off!i am in the gym by monday no doubt i feel like a goddamn puss my back is still tight i tried to squat and it was a no go.when i had my injury on my back a while ago it was real bad so i dont want to hurt it again my hand is sore and hurts a tad i tested it yesterday with a 25# db and it was a little tender by monday it is on!

felt good the rest was nice my hand didn't really hurt at all just a tad.made a gain on my lifts last time did 330 for 5 and this session got 335 for 6 and have never gone 275 on incline the heaviest on incline was like 260/265 and on my first movement too so down time didn't hurt.

i'm updating about 2 days later so i can tell you i am sore as hell another good day except for the sluggish start just kinda tierd lately i have not had an injection in about 10 days i think my estro was getting a little outa wack so i feel a little tired.i start post cycle therapy (pct) soon i will use some nolva i got from universal kits and i hope it is good stuff i don't know a buddy of mine got some gyno an he ran some arimadex and nolva from universal and it didnt really help so we'll see if it is on the up and up.

hated it i like to squat but it hurts for now my rows on back day are hurting so it sucks every time i do my leg press i do 10x10 and it just dont hit like squats.my back is tight so i'm stretching my hammy's alot trying to get it lose alot of hypers on the floor.it all stems from not warming up enough the last time i squated.i got tri's and rear delts later to day and will now be updating daily!

i missed my lift at 405 and it sucks i wanted it bad but just missed.i didnt feel great but hit it hard and got through it.i got a little tweek in my shoulder need another cortizone shot.there was a relly good show on hbo about steroids it was real sports with bryant gumble it will probably run for the next week or so every other day check it out if you got time to see it.tomarrow is my 15 day without an injection and i feel damn strong still and i'm holding at about 239#'s thats up from 226#'s although i got up to 246#'s i will continue to eat balls out and train hard and do the proper post cycle therapy (pct) and hope to keep it all but it's cool if i dont i'm going back on insept. oct. so it's all good.
 
if you having shoulder probs you may wanna do shoulders on chest day just to give it more time to recoup between the poundings.

good workout didnt feel bad a day off helped.i was going to split an am pm session today but didnt i was going to squat i will definately pull some deads from about mid shin i tried it the other day and it felt cool i will squat real light.my back does feel good though it might be that my shoulder and hand hurt good enoiugh to take my mind of the back.or maybe i'm being a puss about the back i just dont want to go thropugh what i had to earlier in the year and late last year.

back is tight as hell right now but it was good didnt go numb or no pain running down my legs.i went hard for not doing that workout for like a month my legs felt strong i have been doing leg curls and leg press' while i couldn't squat but that aint even a workout i always sleep walk doing that workout i dont know why i dont like that workout maybe because i shit myself in front of the whole gym like a year ago.

i think i found a new favorite lift t bars are GOOD it was really hard but i got it done it was nice my back is solid and it felt good.i was tight but it was good man when you lift heavy and you do some shit other folk look at and say screw that it feels good,and that's what i needed i think i sounded a little down last post but today was good.i'm off till sunday when i hit legs and i hope to kill it.

I normally do squats in the rack with the pins set just below paralel but tonight i went way low till my ass hit my calves and that is a different animal all init's self.i didnt do anything but squats didnt feel like i needed more i was wiggly enough!
