the deads where real hard i pulled from the floor and missed my last lift got it about there and quit on it didn't have it in my tank!everything else was miserable after those.

did cardio for the first time since about the middle of may did a quik 8 mile ride on the beach cruiser.wrestled 5 10 minute rounds last night got some bruises and burns and black eye but had fun it was nice to see i still got endurance enough to pull 5 rounds out.

all paused totaly relax on the bottom resting weight on chest and press after a 3 count.never have done this before a good freind who used to compete is helping me with form changed my grove today and basicly made me do bottom ups from my chest,but made me unrack and lower it to my chest then pause and press.very hard got to get used to the new grove feels strong but after doing it one way for so long it will take a min.

yea we got our on mats.me an about 6 freinds all used to wrestle together in highschool.i was 172#189#.we also get to use the highschol wrresting room because my good freind is the asist.coach.i dont do it all that much they all compete alot of submision stuf.like jiu jit su and jkd striking all that crazy shit!i just do it for fun and try to keep up with them.makes me feel young and whipping someone's ass is fun!

didnt squat today was but did back instead.will pull deads and squat in a day or so.i just didnt have it in me.got through this one barely hot as a bitch!25 mins.on the stair mill for lunch.

R AND R !i just started a diet to lose some bad weight and started my cardio back up and i swear it's taken reps from me!i been dieting for 2 weeks and i think it's stating to hurt my performance.everything feels heavy,but then fact i'm working cardio in might be hindering till i adjust.i get to train with some guys tomarrow on my bench press who know their shit.i was going to lift in a upcoming 100% raw bench meet but i think i will have to go off this diet.that pause work and form change was crazy.the pause not so much but the groove my budy got me working on is a change.i hope it dosen't hurt their feelings when i tell them i have to squat!

alright the squats got a hold to me pausing with the pins in the rack just below paralell.not all the way down to the ass touching the calves but i dont think i would have got that weight at that depth!not pausing!pausing at the bottom like that remined me of the old days when i played ball.we had a contraption from back in the day that started you off deep and we had to fire from bottom up hardcore!i hated that machine ole hog when the caoch called for ole hog i wanted to pull a hammy real quik!
