Whats the lowest %BF you,ve had?

I was curious at know what is the lowest "maintainable" body fat youve ever had or heard of.. Not Pros aiming for one day, but maintainable. Say a few months

At present I am at 9%BF and feel that I can maintain this fairly easily.. I plan to take Clen and aim to drop to 7%BF maybe even 6%BF depending on how it looks. My girlfriend is on my case about this (Big Time!!) since she thinks that it is unwise and totaly usless to try this.. I'm not looking to go into competition, just bored, and with winter coming this could be a new challange.

I stayed @ 7% for awhile without any problems, my goal this next year is to maintain around 5%.

I wrestled in highschool and got pinched at 3.3%bf, I was 6'1" and 134lbs. I looked like a white skinny ass bruce lee. Currently I'm about 195 and 10%bf.
 
got pinched also at 4.7 180lbs 6'3" about 3 yrs ago. not sure how accurrate calipers are though, now im guessin im around 10 or 12 @ 227lbs
 
Happy to read your posts guys I will present them all to the misses once they are in, I was sure that 9% wasnt anything special (good but not amazing!)

3.3 is amazing.. I would love to see myself at that, but I will just see what happens I guess...

i commend you guys for having low BF..but if youre not going to step on stage why go to the extreme..i think at 10% or below your already looking pretty damn good..

to answer the quesation lowest ever was 8% back when i was playing hockey which is very cardio intense..enter knee injury and bed ridden for over a month bf shot up to 20%!!:o

the lower your bodyfat the easier it is to lose muscle by missing a meal or 2 or by overtraining imo

yep..i hated not being my strongest in the gym while trying to cut up..which is why i dont even bother..one day when i decide im happy with my stregnth/size ill chop down but until then give me a fork and a barbell :D
 
About 6-7% when I was playing high school football and working out. Was that way for prob 2 years at least. Of course I was like 16-17 years old.
 
I was under 8% for about 6 months. I was involved in an intense training program for a physical job for the first 4 months, and I maintained for a while after I finished, until I got sick and lost LBM and gained some fat. I've probably been under or close to 9% for over a year now.
 
i got tested at 12 percent severeal weeks ago, howeve during wrestling season i was probably around 5 or 6 percent. I'm getting ready to start another season however i probably won't go below 8 percent.

Same Here bro..... I went from my football weight at around a pretty solid 255 down to 193 lbs for about 3 weeks.... Couldnt maintain the weight and I lost a ton of muscle while doing it but 6'4 with around either side of 4% for 3 weeks was very tough......
 
I got just under 6% this last summer, I looked great but felt terrible. I felt like I had the flu, and I felt weak in the gym. I like myself best around 9% I feel strongest and I still have abs.
 
according to calipers, 5%. managed to hold on to it for 1 month after my last cycle. could have lasted longer but ate too much. holding about 10% now but not on anything but low dose of hgh.
 
i am up to a maintainance (sp?) 13% . which isn't too bad. the lowest in my recent years is 12%. i cant stand when i try to cut , i cant keep my strength and thats more important than my bottom abs. someday i would love to be 10% and 250ish.
 
I beleive 4%. I have seen guys at this amount and I think that is how once looked so it is an estimate. But it was entirely easy when I was 12-18 because I ate maybe once a day. Low bodyfat but I looked like a crackhead because I had little muscle.
 
yeah, my parents put me on weight gainer when i was 17. i have gained almost 100 lbs. since i graduated in 95

lol. dint know parent put kids on weight gainers till now. last time i saw the news was talking about america being one of the top 10 countries for obesity.
