I used to unload all the weight on my back when I did conv., but after I switched to sumos, I have been able to use my legs a lot more. Just my 2cents.
 
same here, winter..but I did some experimenting. I put my butt down and heads up and concentrated on using my feet/back at the same time in the lift. it was hard to get it off the floor but felt good becuse I did it right. 2 cents

Didn't want to go below 4 reps today.

Dips:
44 x 6
55 x 6
66 x 6
77 x 4 *PR* (barely locked arms on last rep)

Lateral raises:
25 x 15
25 x 14
25 x 10

I had a good workout today. I think dips are helping a lot on my chest.

I was very tired after the 1st set of squats. Hypers at the end finished me.

Thanks Brat! I try to make at least 1 PR every workout, at least adding small weight or 1 rep. Keeps me motivated.

I don't know, my deads a lot stronger than squats, and squats are stronger than bench.

Today I didn't push me too much to get any PR. I needed a lighter workout. Lifted all the same #s as last workout. Only some extra reps on pullups.

I think most people are like that. I guess I've always genetically had small and weak legs which is why they're behind, but I'm happy they're getting stronger. I've just had a couple of bad leg workouts so I get scared at the thought of squatting, I don't want them to fall even more.

Anyway nice back work, 400+ is very impressive, keep it up

Dips:

Lateral raises:

25 x 11

Chest stretching:
With DBs on flat bench. Painful but feels good.

I had a good workout today. Next time I'll go for 205 x 5 on flat bench.

Workout was short, less than 60 min, but I finished fried. Now I'm taking my PWO and resting.
My goal is to full squat 300 x 3 soon.
