Pretty good, considering the back pain I had last week. Didn't feel any pain today but was very careful.

Pullups:

Cable rows:

Shoulder press machine:

185 x 5 *PR*

DB curls:
25 x 15
25 x 12

Nice workout. Was very careful about my form on deads due to the pain I had last week.

BB shoulder press:

Lateral raises:

Didn't feel very strong today on bench. Wanted to do a PR for reps but failed. Dips went better.
 
nice Luq..keep pluggin at it..chip chip chip away at the wts bro..and dont worry i aint using anything right now but whey and multi vits..

Yea all us Natty lifters use Whey. I love the stuff. That along with CEE and Wendy's pre-workout is the bomb.

I actually didn't have wendy's this time, I went too early in the morning. I had a can of chili though and some oats. Maybe if I had some Jr.Bacon Cheeseburgers, I would've hit in the low 300's for bench today. Nuts. :insane2:

Wendy's pre work out for me is agaist my timed carb diet rulz..unless its on a wednesday or fri/sat day carb up day :(

No more squating. Last set killed me.

Calves:

Leg extentions:

Hypers:

Felt dizzy for a minute after hypers. Good workout. I gived everything out of me today.
 
Nice workout Luq. I know exactly what you mean when you say you get dizzy from those hypers, especially if you're going fast lol. :D

No PRs on deadlift. I think I need to start using more my legs. My pulls are much back/hams/glutes and it gets difficult to move #s pulling like this.

Shoulder press machine:
170 x 7
185 x 7
200 x 6 *PR*

Bicep culrs:

I felt strong today.
Except for deads, I made some prs. I think I need to concentrate on leg strengh in order to move my deads up.
