Squats were raw and ass to grass.

Finally I hit 300!

Calves:

Leg extentions:
140 x 10
155 x 11
170 x 9

Hypers:
bw+70 x 16
bw+115 x 10

Today I had a good workout.

Deadlift:

I felt a pain on my lower spine after these so I stopped. I hope it's nothing serius.

Cable rows:
210 x 7
220 x 7
230 x 6 *PR*
240 x 4 *PR*

Pullups:
bw x 9
bw x 7
bw x 6

BB shoulder press:
110 x 6
121 x 5

Shoulder press (machine):
155 x 6

Today I had a good day but I had this pain on my lower spine after deads. I had this same pain long time ago when I first started deadlifting... I wish it will go away tomorrow.
 
Thanks guys. I think that I used bad form. I tried to deadlift inside the rack. From the floor but inside the rack, but I didn't feel comfortable. I'll never do that again.

nice work as usual Luq. you are getting strong.

i have experienced something like you describe with the lower back after and during deads before. i think mine was caused from bad form and letting the weight pull me a bit forward at the beginninfg of the lift. mine took only a few days to get better every time it happened. maybe you will be so fortunate.

Yes, I think that I let the weight pull me foward too.
I worked out 3 hs ago and the pain is worse. It's on the very low spine, where it joins the hips.
Let's see how it gets tomorrow.

The pain on my low spine is almost gone. :)

Flat bench:

205 x 4 *PR*
216 x 2
227 x 1 this 227 is still very hard to push!

Dips:
44 x 6
55 x 6
66 x 5 *PR*

Started using a belt. Feels great.

BB shoulder press:
106 x 6
117 x 5

Lateral raises:
25 x 14
25 x 14

Had a good workout. My back didn't have any pain. I'll still have to be careful on my next deadlift day.

It seems it was nothing serius. The pain was quiet big after that day. Maybe I compressed a nerve or something, but it went away. :)
