I had a good workout today but it's getting very hard keep my numbers! I hate cutting!

Is it normal to get weaker at some lifts than others when loosing weight? I'm having a hard time with squats but deads are still going up.
 
Nice workout. Ever thought of adding some pre-workout stimulants or something to keep you up and going during your workout to keep your strength/mind in the game?

strength loss is normal when losing weight and some lifts suffer more than others.

@winter: I took fat burner (thermosene) before a few workouts. It's mainly caffeine but I don't react very well to caffeine. I can't sleep and I get very nervous. I've been always been very sensitive to caffeine.

Today weather is too hot. Not nice for working out.

I finished my cutting today. I got to 170 lbs, waist is smaller, legs too, but %bf isn't as low as I wanted (I'm around 12% I guess).

I don't want to get below 170 lbs because I'm afraid I'll loose too much muscle/strengh. I'm slowly starting to bulk again for another 10 months.
 
Good lifting Luq. How long did you cut down for? Do you think you can post some before your cutting cycle/after pics?
 
I've been cutting natural for 2.5 months, lost 15 lbs. I was going to post pics on the pic forum but I'm not very happy with how I look. I didn't workout chest/shoulders during this time so I look like shit from front view. At least I lost quiet a lot of fat from waist and legs.

You are most definitely leaner now, congrats :) When do you think you can go back to doing pressing movements?

It's summer time down there in Argentina. Luq wanted to cut down so he can go on the beach and make all the girls cream their bikinis foh sho :insane2: :druggie:

Shoulder was ok on dips.

Flat bench:
70 x 6 Shoulder had little pain so stopped.

Skulls:
70 x 10
70 x 10
70 x 7

Shoulder press machine:
15 x 15
30 x 12
50 x 11
66 x 10

Shoulder was ok on this machine.

Weighted abs

Today I wanted to try flat bench but it seems I need some more time. Dips and shoulder press machine felt ok so I'm to stay with those.
