i think you have the maturity (age) and dedication and strong enough lifts to get "on" whenever you're ready. Good luck picking up some weight in the next 7 months.

I got a really big pump on this workout with highter reps. Also gained some weight and I feel stronger.

bw= 176 lbs

This workout was on monday.
Today is chest.

This was the 1st heavy chest excersise since my shoulder injury. Everything ok. :)

Skulls:

Shoulder press machine:
65 x 10
95 x 10
110 x 8
125 x 6

Abs:
33 x 20
33 x 15
33 x 11
33 x 10

Today I worked my chest/shoulder a bit harder and it was ok. No flat bench yet.
 
I don't know winter. At the moment I'm lucky I can do dips and shoulder presses. I'll give it time. I don't want to start benching and getting it worse and then having to stop training chest at all again. :(

Again had no spotter today, so didn't attemp for a 300x5 pr. Maybe next week.

Leg extentions:

Calves:

SLDL:
280 x 12

I'm feeling stronger again now that I gained a few pounds after the cutting. I'll attemp for 300x5 squat pr next week.

way to push that pr up a bit. do you have another 25lbs in you?
 
Nice deadlift luq! I bet if next time you only sets of three instead of five you'll be able to break that 473. But again, damn nice bro!
