Also did some incline bench very light. First time in a long time and the good news is that shoulder was ok.

Again I was lacking motivation today. It's getting hard to go to the gym after weekends.
I'm having a plateau on deads, but it's good to have something left after doing them so I can work harder on rows and pullups. I'm enjoying to work heavier on rows and pullups.

Gym was too crowded. Had to ask a guy who was stretching hams on a abs bench if he could let me do a set of abs work there. He said ok wait just a min. I waited about 4 min and finally lost my patience. I explained him that he could do that stretch in any place and that bench was the only one for abs work. He left.

oh yeah, crowded gym is nasty.

one time, i was resting after a set of my sumo squat when this skinny ass fag in spandex did hanging leg raises on the power rack..we have those with bars hanging above the rack thingie. i was offended ya know. i gave him a 'get the fuck out or i'll choke you out and play hide the hot sauce bottle on you' i'm glad he was smart. bitch went to the monkey bars and continued his shit. it was offensive!

or how about this one time...i was deadlifting when this hairy ass dude decided to be lazy and not get the other bar and load it with plates and wants to work in with me. i said sure, i'm cool wit that. so my workout went on. he was doing well on 135, but that's my warm up..then i placed 200 on the bar. he even dare said, 'oh ican't do that yet. don't put 200 plz' ....wtf is that man!
