Got a damn flu. Didn't workout last week and won't be working out this week either.
 
Feel better. Get lots of rest and fluids.

When I get the flu, I usually up simple carbs throughout the day and try downing a couple of shakes here and there. Most of my meals are liquid. Don't forget the water!
 
yeah take some time off....im a firm believer in getting rest rather then struggling to get through shitty workouts and never fully recovering.

@winter: shoulder got injured about 6 months ago. When it happened I couldn't even raise my arm. Now I'm starting to bench again.
