flat raw benching felt weird. i have done very little of this over the last couple of years. may stay with it a while just for the hell of it, if my shouders hold up. ill keep it light as you can see. i like the paused reps as well. my chest is nice and sore today. and that dont happen very often doing alot of top end work.

btw gotta call from a couple of the guys who are doing the wpa worlds later this month and the apf seniors in june. they want me to come bench with them on fridays and do some shirt work. its at my old gym so i prolly hit um up. asking me to come by and bench is their way of saying they need a handoff man for heavy benches. =0l

4/18/05 mon:
squats 405# x 18 (got sick)
dimel deads 405# x 15
HS seated abs 8plt 2 x 10reps
adductors single leg low pulley 60# x 20
abductors single leg low pulley 60# x 20
 
4/19/05 tues:
flat raw paused bench, comp grip 315# 4 x 5reps.
cable push downs 202.5# 17,15

all raw bench sessions will be abbreviated til after the seniors due to shirted benching on fridays. i overtrain easliy on chest work.
 
4/21/05/ thurs:
deads 585# 2 x 4reps, raw no belt w/straps reset for each rep.
HS seated iso lat row 10plt 2 x 10reps
HS seated abs 8plt 2 x 15reps
DB curls 50# x 10

its the best way to pull. form goes all to hell when bouncing the weight off the floor. i mean how many other movements you do like that? 0

keeping form is critiacl on deads to help prevent injury and to work the muscles intended properly. plus its much harder. :D

the vids i have posted show a good tempo.

Missed rep 2 on 540. Swithed to karin shirt and hit it with ease
Rage x is history.
 
yeah, i follow yuor tempo on the vids. Deads are my favorite :-0
