4/25/05 mon:
box squats just below parallel, blue bands 315# 3 x 5reps, raw no belt
zercher squats 315# 2 x 5reps, raw no belt
HS seated abs 8plts 2 x 15reps
standing one leg low cable pulley abduction 70# x 15
standing one leg low cable pulley adduction 70# x 15
 
throw um in from time to time. i usually dont know what im gonna do til i get to the gym. so for a change i hit them tonight. wore my old ass out too. :D
 
4/26/05 tues:
flat raw paused/speed bench, medium grip 225# 5 x 6reps
pull aparts green band 3 x 20
cable push downs 190# + purple band 11,12

coasting a bit on raw day til after the meet in june. i overtrained last meet about four weeks out. it aint gonna happen this time. heavy benching on friday.
 
4/28/05 thurs:
SLDL 545# 2 x 5reps raw, no belt w/straps
HS seated abs 8plts 2 x 15reps
HS seated iso lat row 10plts 2 x 8reps
 
Nice SLDLs - you've gotta get your ass to a qualifier so next year its not bench only. Though there's a man who might get on you about the straps named:

im bench only (my weakest lift :D) at the seniors. didnt do an apf qualifier in the last year for full power. as far as goals for comps i dont set them. i just go and lift. i'll know what my opener is, then play it by feel from there.

i was gonna shoot for a pr on deads last night cause i felt strong but i just pulled from the floor last week. maybe one more assistance week then ill pull from the floor and see what happens. id love to pull 7 raw with no belt in the gym. i gotta be close at this point. 585 for 2 sets of 4 last week raw and no belt. i will say those sldl last night kicked my ass. i was drained by the time i got home. woofed down two wendys tripples, half a cheese cake and 1/2 gallon of milk and hit the bed. slept 10 hours without budging.
