pullinbigs training log.

thats the plan. we'll see what happens.

im more looking forward to just being around all the guys and gals i only see at meets than anything. the lifting takes a couple of hours then the other 72 hours is play time.

course hearing my name and then them yelling bars loaded alwas makes me choke up. what an honor to compete with the very best in the world. so sweet.

5/03/05 tues:
Bench assistance work
Rotator work
DB flat bench hammer grip 80# + green band 2 x 10reps, 80# + blue x 7reps
Incline bench 225# 3 x 5reps
Pull aparts green band 3 x 20reps

i was fried after the 80#+blue band for 7 on db flat bench. tried to do cable push downs with the purple band + 190# like last week and couldnt even get one. got 11 and 12 last week. =0l

forgot how much these torch the tris. BTW for you guys complaining of not having heavy dbs, get some bands. you wont run out of weight on db's then. here's a set with the green band to show how i set it up using a hammer grip.

im gonna pull your pants down right there in front of the cuban bull and have my way with those fresh, slender, young, yankee, white buns of yours. did i mention dat you got a purdy mouff?

Celts are done...poke 'em with a fork. Doc Rivers has no gameplan. I thought they would make to the Eastern Conf. finals before losing to Miami.

the bands with db's looks good.
are they different to the other bands you use ( I have no experience using bands)

i have 3 different size bands. those in the clip were the middle ones, i used the heavy duty ones for the last set.

5/05/05 thurs:
Zercher squats bottom up 405# 2 x 5reps raw, no belt w/wraps
Dimel deads 495# x 10 raw, no belt w/straps
HS seated abs 8plts x 20

thanks, i like dem thangs. love the zerchers too. these boards are great for picking up training tips.

i want to work up to a heavy single on deads to see where im at, but my smarter side (its very small by the way) says wait til after the meet. i havent maxed on deads in 2 years. i came close to trying last night though. :D
