another hard day i think i might need some time off.
 
yup and feelin overtrained!i dont know if it's just a bad couple days or the wicked ot?you would be proud of the meal i just put down though.one whole chicken oven stuffer,about 2 large potatoes,2 bisits,one big ass bowl of brocili w/cheese.i feel as though i ate 10 pounds!weighed in today at 234#'s had my fat% checked last fri.i'm holdin at 15%.not bad since in april i was 17% and 226#still after all that said i'm tired as hell!

the week off next wek will do wonders and then again the week of the meet. youll be fresh. did you ever find out what your national qualifier is?

not a qualifier.i'm gonna lift in both.so i'll be in raleigh late oct.i jst called the president of the federation to get all the particulars.i'll let you know.
 
well i went to the gym and did some cardio and cuff work the chick at the gym is hot! the shoulder is still messed up.been eatin ibuprofen and icing the hell out of it.i do feel alot better not so run down tomarrow is my first day back.

i feel good pb but my strength is still lacking?i have been eatin and still lost weight.i weighed 228#'s today thats bullshit cause i stopped my diet and aint doing much cardio.just pullin the truck and some light running.gonna cut it out.i'm gonna do some speed work today just work out my form stuff.not real big today.
