yea squats were on sunday and didnt feel it.today was my chest session and was just fine the shoulder is feeling better and better.i'm gonna squat wed.really a mind thing on sunday basicly pussed out!

no squatin again today just pussed plus i gots to work the rest of the week.i hate workin with sore ass legs so i guess friday or saturday is the day.
it works pretty good.the 115# the biggest db i got so the bands add some good pull to em.about mid way to the top got some stank on it!it kinda sucks till you get used to it,having to lace your fingers in with the band around the db but whatever gets it done.

i got that lift in me i know it!that was the most weight ever on my back.unracked fucked up and feet werent right so we know what that meant.thank god for the rack!i need some wraps yall got some suggestions.

my shoulder is feelin way better.all my #'s are finally moving up.thats a good thing.should have my shirt soon.
i got beat the hell down from my lsat workout.a big arch and tighten those traps got me sore in my back and traps.when i can get real tight like that sometimes i get a little sore in the upper mid back.any body else have that happen?
