I don't understand tman, I weight thw same as you, have roughly the same BF as you, Im only 5'4" tall, but you look so much bigger than me. How??? LOL, its something thats been bugging me. I just don't know why. I've seen your full body pics too BTW, not just your back. I was thinking that maybe you have more mature muscle than me since your like 37 or so, and im 18, I don't know.

Btw nice bench numbers rocco. I don't get how you can only deadlift if the 300s but you can bench like 400 and 500lbs. I can dead like 405, but my max bench is like 280. Im confused.

My back is injured from a car accident. My bench isn't affected.
