I've been training with John Paromba. He's a great squatter and managed to get me a huge PR in my squats and taaught me some new excersizes. Kettle bells seem to be a promising tool. THis was my 1st time using them. I also tried a slightyl wider stance today. I liked it.

CHest

My chest is shot right now from overtraining the past two weeks and really going balls to the wall last week. I went in with the best of plans but my shoulders started hurting me as son as I got up around 300 and my elbows bothered me too. I'm taking a week off from benching and tries, but will train all the other groups.

Standard style. Normal groove touch and go or pause and go. I will still use those + the MM style.
