hitting the posterior helps squats and deads a lot. the low work you putin in now will pay big bucks down the road sho nuff.

my hams are still blistered from monday's squats and i only did 3 singles w/no other work.

where you buy your jump stretch platform from joe? i need one for sumo.
 
Got it from elitefts, it was on sale, not sure if it still is. I am focusing much more on my posterior this training cycle. I think i have a good shot at pulling 700 within a year if i go about it properly.

700 sounds very doable after the way you smoked 610 in yout last meet.

Single ply F6 425, 475, 515 all touched all pretty easy and my form is now the best i has ever been.

4 board raw 235x5 405x3 435x3

That is it, slowly going to be working more volume in.

Thanks, i got alot more in the tank in that shirt. Hopefully i can work up to 550ish in the single before i go back to the double. The double is in for service. :)

275ish, down from 285ish. I would like to eventually work down to about 265 and add more quality weight. I was just putting weight on to put weight on their for a while.
 
free squats totally raw 325 2x5 Well it is nice being back where i was in HS,lol. My quads have not had any real direct work in about 4 months so i guess i dont expect much

My groin and hips and back are tight as hell, very hard for me to get loos today. Need to start doing some mobility work i think.

Felt pretty good, elbows bothering me a bit.
