2 more weeks of this sldl, tonight was pretty easy, i am blowing away the percentages listed. I think i finish off in two weeks with 445 x 5

I don't know, i think i have definately gotten stronger, as the weights get heavier but i seem to be doing them easier. We will see when i test my dead.

I am a little burnt, especially from hitting some serious band tension this week and last. I knew it, i hoped i could sneak one good shirt workout in before i deload from the bands. It didn't work, lol.

2 board in shirt 425x1, 475xm (shirt not adjusted right), 475 good. Didn't feel good, so i decided to do some high rep 5 boards and call it a day.

5 brd raw 335x10 385x10 425x6

No bands this week, will take it easy monday, and hit the shirt hard on Friday.

My hips felt a little raw, kept the box at about a half inch to an inch above parallel. I think I need to get used to haveing my hips realigned. All in all felt good.

god you hear all these tool s at the gym..i just took No explode im feeling so full pumped..wtf does that mean? like you cant get a pump without it????..i may buy another bottle and give it another few weeks..other than that i thin its a waste just like all the other crap out there :insane2:

Thank you, and about the creatine, i am leaving it in as i need the cell volumization. I am watching what i eat now and my carbs are a little lower than normal. I want to get back down in the mid 260's. I will put the weight on as it comes, and get back to 280, but i want it to be quality. I am think i am aroun 276 right now, i was about 284 at night around meet time.

same here..im cleaning things up..getting in solid protein..Im even working on my GPP lol..

I know im giving up weight in the 275's but like you said i think id do better if i gain muscle rather than more fat :)

bb if you can make 255 or so the 242s will be no trouble to lift in as long as you can weigh in 24 hours ahead of time.
