db rows (first time trying in years)-50x10, 65x8, 65x8

upper grip row machine- 3 plates on each side i did 3 sets till failure

pull downs- 195x8, 195x6, 195x6-150x5

cable rows- 165x8, 165x8, 165x8+2

pull ups- bw x 5, bw x 5

weighted abs 4 sets

weighted leg raises x 2 sets

thats it... lot of volume, great pump, comin up on my last few days of cycle and wanted to take advantage of it!

thats it...only two days of my cycle left... just got done with my last shot of prop last night and now im doin two days of 50mg a day of dbol and then starting the nolvadex at 40-40-30-20-10, and doing pgh injectiong just to help get things swingin around and back to normal at .25cc twice a day.
 
Thanks alot guys.... i did a 5 3/4 week cycle of test prop 350 a week, and dbol ( i played with the dosages and ended up at 40mg a day for the last 2 weeks) and i gained 10-11 pounds, my bench rep went up about 20 pounds, my deadlift went from 385x2 to 425x2-3? So my strength gains were there, i didnt make any strength gains on my legs which is weird, but all in all it was good, its tempting to stay on for another 6 weeks but i know its my time to get off...all in all it was a great short cycle and i had little to no side affects and hope to keep it that way, arimidex, support supps, and hcg seemed to help a ton as well.
 
Well these past two days i increased the dbol dosage to 50mg a day since my last injection of prop was 2 days ago and i was waiting for it to clear my system to start post cycle therapy (pct) so i did the 50mg, and i saw the strength fly on this so i guess 50 was the magic number.

did quads/calves today

narrow stance squat!!-135x12, 135x12, 225x12, 245x8-9, 275x7, 185x14

leg press- 14 plates x 10, 18plates x 7, 18plates x 7

walking lunges- 35db x failure, 35xfailure

leg ext- 110x10, 110x8-60x6

seated calf raises- 4x

that was it... felt strong today, i honestly could have done more on all my lifts.

**lost my albuterol inhaler so i was fucked up at the gym! i was taking half breaths the whole time, everyone was askin if i was ok...seein stars after my sets and havin to take LONG time to even half way catch my breath, Asthma BLOWS!

nice workin rook. hey man sometimes people tend to get a little unmotivated after cycle due to the hormone changes and all. they also lose their hard earned gains. keep the protein high and make sure you keep working hard during and after post cycle therapy (pct) bro. good luck.
 
Good one rook, just keep hitting it hard and up the protein some, you should keep all your gains with a good PCT.
 
yea i might have to buy some liquid albuterol...not just for a workout stimulant but mostly for my lungs.

yea im 190 today im hoping to stay at least 186!! i expect the worst and to lose all my gains, so we'll see. Thanks alot guys. The pgh shots hurt more than the prop shots! haha.
