Ok still 180-178... been really buisy, just got a new job that is awsome...its personal training studio so its not a gym and i get to train people their, kinda far commute but well worth it... been goin to the gym 5-6 days a week and just tryin to get all my shit together... now that things are falling into place im gonna get back to updating my log more often...

yesterday was hams/bi's

sldl- 185x12, 225x8, 275x6

hamstring curls- 80x12, 80x12, 80x12-50x4-5

supinated grip weighted pull ups- bw x 8, 45x5, 45x5, bw x 8

ez bar spider curls- 65x8, 65x8, 65x8

barbell curls- 65x8, 65x8, 45x11

db curls- 30x8-20x4

seated calf raises- 3 sets till failure

different machine for calves for 4 sets till failure.

pretty decent workout... it was awsome gettin to use the weight belt again since i broke mine and someone happened to be their that got one.
 
Ok gettin ready for my 2nd cycle... hopefully its gonna be a good one... this one im gonna be doin

test e- wks. 1-10 500mg/week
EQ- wks 1-12 600mg/week
HCG-600IU/week (500 didnt seem like enough)
dbol (left overs from last cycle)- week 13

pct:
week 14-Nolvadex-40/40/20/20/10
IGF-1-40mcg post workout

what do you guys think?
 
definately... sorry for the abscence started a new job and gotta commute...then go to the gym on the way home... so its been cuttin into my computer time... thanks for makin me feel welcomed though!
 
Ill put it this way I quit steppin on the scale cause it only screws with my mind... if i guessed id say im 177-178 as of right now... strength is about the same as while on my previous cycle... just slightly lower than while on.

welcome back bro, nice work out and cycle looks good too me from what i know and have read in the anabolic section...how much you looking to wt at the end of this? should be soem awesome stregth and wt size with that.

That was it...

tuesday- back...did a max ot day because it was late and i had work at 7 am...

bent bb rows- 185x6, 185x6, 186x6

t-bar- 170x8, 170x7, 170x6

pull downs- 180x8, 180x7, 180x6

that was all i had time for...

wed- gonna be quads tonight.... will post later.
