8 sets of calves... my arches in my feet always freakin hurt on calves...
meal 1- chicken breast brown rice
meal 2- chicken breast and brown rice
meal 3- turky burger on wheat bun
meal 4- turkey burger on wheat bun
meal 5- natty pb and sugarless Jelly on wheat bread (pre-workout)
meal 6- brown rice, 8 oz of tri tip and broccoli
meal 7- BIG bowl of cottage cheese with splenda and sugarless jelly.
