Whatever it takes!!

haha thanks... shes this cute petite asian girl, but its insane how strong she is... I want her to get into figure but we'll see... tonight is chest...

diet so far was..

meal 1- ground turkey, 5 egg whites, 2 wheat waffles and lite sirup.

meal 2- mrp body for life shake (sorta mrp that is)

meal 3- ground turkey, 1 slice turkey bacon, and brown rice

meal 4- chicken breast and brown rice

meal 5- body for life shake (pwo)

meal 6-

meal 7-

gonna train chest and hamstrings tonight.

last night was chest and heres how it went...

db flat- 85x9, 95x7, 100x6, 90x7

incline db- 80x8, 95x4, 80x6-drop-70x5-drop-55x5

variated grip on cable- 45x9, 45x9-drop-30x5-drop-20x7, 40x8

that was it... shoulder was bugging me, but wasnt hurtin just kinda letting me know it was gonna hurt if i kept goin heavy on db's.
 
today was hams/calves/abs

lower back was sore so now sldl...

db ham curls- 35x10, 45x9, 45x8, 45x7

hamtractor-90x8, 90x8, 90x7

lying ham curls- 80x7, 80x6, 80x6

15lbs db behind head crunches- 15x15, 15x12, 15x12

leg raises on bench- bw x 15, bw x 12, bw x 9

tricep ext ab crunches- 160x6, 140x6, 130x10, 130x10

8 sets of calves... my arches in my feet always freakin hurt on calves...

meal 1- chicken breast brown rice

meal 2- chicken breast and brown rice

meal 3- turky burger on wheat bun

meal 4- turkey burger on wheat bun

meal 5- natty pb and sugarless Jelly on wheat bread (pre-workout)

meal 6- brown rice, 8 oz of tri tip and broccoli

meal 7- BIG bowl of cottage cheese with splenda and sugarless jelly.
 
yea probably next week im gonna start it all!... gonna get a 21g to draw and shoot with a 25.... drawing with a 25 is awful if you have a.d.d.!!

haha angry your crazy, dreamin about deadlifting houses and ham curling a tractor!
