Got good news...i hit bi's today!!! and i have no pain in the right forearm and none in the left.

heres my workout...

stiff leg deads- 135x5, 135x9, 185x8, 205x7, 225x5, 155x10

db curls for hams- 47.5x8, 50x6, 50x6

hamtractor-90x7, 90x5, 90x5

hamstring curls-drop set of 90-50-30

weighted supinated grip pull ups for bi's- bw x 6, 35x6, 35x5, 25x6

barbell curls (first time in a month!) 60x10, 65x8, 70x6, 70x6

db curls- 25x12, 25x12,

spider curls- 65x6, 65x6

Relatively no pain!

back today!!!

bent bb rows- 135x10, 155x9, 185x6, 185x5

tbar- 135x9-10, 160x7

deadlifts- 225x5, 275x4, 315x5, 405x2!!!!!!!!!, 225x17... the 405 was my PR baby yeaa, haha i just got home im fuckin jacked that i got that up... i think for deads since the first rep off the ground is the hardest instead of trying to explode up i go slow, then bang them out...

pull downs- 180x7, 180x6, 150x10


WOW!

and this morning i weighed in at 190... its water weight, but ive never been this heavy!

quads/calves:

atg squats- 135x10, 185x6, 225x5, 285x6, 295x4 1/2... 225x10

leg press-630x10,810x6, 810x5+1 forced

bb lunges- 115x7, 115x7

hack squat- 180x12, 270x7, 270x5, 140x12-13

seated calves 4 sets

standing calves 4 sets and a drop set


Great training 295 was a pr...bought knee wraps so they helped...but my knees hurt like hell right now!!! unforunately i didnt have to be carried out of the gym yet...but im kinda afraid of injuring my knee but i want to get 315x4 next week... mannn injuries blow.

Make sure you dont add too much weight too soon since you are on cycle. If you get hurt there is no way you will catch TMANN. :shoot2:
