workouts looking nice angry. i know what your saying with the concentration curls...throw in an exercise or a rep scheme that you havnt done in awhile and you'll be all sorts of fucked up....keep it up though.

thanks luqui. it was hard becuase I didn't concentrate on my descend...went a bit fast...almost bounced at bottom...so yeah, next time concentrate and slow down in a controlled manner

tomorrow is my 2-hour glucose tolerance test and well, i'm 10 hour fasting in a while.

but still will be hitting back tomorrow at old gym..and add in some chest/tri/shoulder.

will bring cam.

fasted 9:30 pm last night till 10:30 this morning. felt very dehydrated and hungry and just fucked. the hospital visit waS cancelled because of something and well..i just was fucked and was not suppose to lift. was only able to eat 1 meal before the lift..and just feel so weak

Right angry, if you couldn't eat/rest and feel weak, maybe it's better not to train. Anyway, your workout was not bad at all.

25 mins cardio and it kicked my ass up and down.

and that's it.

I then went to this certain fruit shake stand to get my usual green mangoe shake with vanilla flavored protein but sadly they didn't have vanilla flavor at that time..so they suggest banana shake with chocolate flavore protein. i was at doubt at first but what the heck..and damn did it taste yummy and cheap too.

WEights are still good Angry even though you're sick. Keep it up man, and rest good

I haven't been eating much either due to wierd circumstances but I havn't been keeping up with the gym
 
winter: as per the machine say, 103-105...i wasn't even trying..lol!

but i love their treadmill machine. i never really used it..heck, that was my first time and felt actually good. i'll do more of those. most of the treadmill I did was fast walks..and mixing it with speed runs and all. i'd say it was a good workout.

thanks mano. for a guy who doesn't eat much and properly, you are strong for hitting that deads..
 
test came back impaired glucose test. 1st take was 210 while 2nd take was 166. apparently, it's a diet related diabetes thingie. kinda weird since i'm not taking any more sweets....or large amount of sweeta anymore...maybe it's carb related..<< ...

so i'll be on a list of a diabetes dietician, which i'll be meeting next monday for a routine diet. i guess it's everyday cardio for me and diet time. heck, the doctor said I was 20 kg overweight
