No flat bench? I don't think doing low reps on dips is safe, if anything, lower the weight and do more reps.

winter: yeah..no bench for a while..never get to anywhere on that. i'm targetting more of my tris..strengthening it and all....

Throw in some lockouts or something. Do 3 worksets of flatbench, 2sets of incline and then 2-3sets of heavy lockouts and some Closegrip bench. That'll get your tris very strong.

the box is done with conventional stance and i'm working my bottom explosiveness since i'm kinda weak there. though, no prob with the knees/shins on sumo stance. thanks ^^
 
rest today. supposedly cardio but tired. i will be sticking with my current workout days of wednesday, thursday and saturday. can't change it for now..since it's working well for me.
